A clip that starts on one picture and ends on another.
What this is
A clip between two pictures: the first frame, the last frame, and a prompt for what happens in between. Wan 2.1 FLF2V, 720p weights in fp8.
Largely superseded by Image + prompt → video, which needs one picture instead of two and runs on a newer model — but this one is still the right tool when you know exactly where the shot must end.
Running it yourself
One extra file on top of the shared Wan set: wan2.1_flf2v_720p_14B_fp8_e4m3fn.safetensors (~16 GB) in models/diffusion_models/, from Comfy-Org/Wan2.1ComfyUI_repackaged. Otherwise the setup is identical to the image-to-video post — same worker, same volume, same symlink trap. Sign up at RunPod to run it there.
