Image → 3D model
A textured 3D model from one photograph.
What it takes
- One picture of the subject
- Optionally a caption, and whether to cut the background out first
What it gives back
- A GLB you can spin in the browser, download, or attach to a tool
What actually runs
- Hunyuan3D-2 on our own handler, not a ComfyUI graph.
- The background is removed, a shape is generated at your chosen octree resolution, then optionally painted.
- The mesh is decimated to a face budget so the file stays small enough to be useful.
Worth knowing. One object, photographed straight on, filling most of the frame. A cluttered picture becomes a cluttered mesh.
Running it
The .json attached to this listing is the graph itself — the one the Forge runs, not a tidied-up copy. Values in {{double braces}} are the placeholders filled in per job; replace them with real values and it runs in any ComfyUI new enough for the nodes it uses.
Full setup — the model manifest, the directories, the traps — is at /workflows/model3d.
Licence and credit
The graph is ours and you may use it for anything, including commercially. The models it loads are not ours: each carries its own licence from whoever trained it, and that is the one that governs what you may do with the output.
License: MIT (the graph); models keep their own
